**Digital / E-Ticket**
This is the default ticket type provided to your customers after they make a purchase in your shop. Delivered via email, it can be viewed online or downloaded for use. If ticket buyers have an account, they can also access their e-tickets in the Tickets section.

**Thermal / Printed Tickets**
Thermal tickets are physical tickets printed on ticket stock, primarily used for point-of-sale or walk-up purchases. This ticket type is optional and requires printing to be set up in your dashboard.

**Wallet / Mobile Device Tickets**
These tickets can be added directly to a customer’s mobile device wallet. They are easily accessible and scan just like a digital ticket, offering a convenient option for ticket holders.
