## <font color="#6B21A8">Starting price</font>

`Does your "Tickets start at" price make sense?`

The “Tickets start at” price is often the first thing buyers notice, setting expectations around your event’s affordability. Displaying a clear and accurate starting price builds trust and attracts the right audience. If the price is misleading—such as highlighting a heavily discounted children’s ticket that doesn’t reflect the typical cost—it can cause confusion and result in lost sales.

- Go to **Event --> Information --> General**
:::

## <font color="#6B21A8">Event description</font>

`Is the event description clear, complete and engaging?`

Your event description is a key tool for sharing important details with ticket buyers. A clear, complete, and engaging description builds confidence and excitement, while also addressing common questions. Including essential information—like parking instructions and details about different ticket types—reduces confusion and helps ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
