Like a regular event, you can configure a secret shop so that it is only accessible to customers with an account, preventing guest checkouts. This ensures that only registered customers can purchase tickets in the secret shop.

A **customer account** typically refers to an account created through Tixify, which can be set up at any time. If you have Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled, the relevant SSO settings will apply.

There are two options for enforcing authentication at different stages of the checkout process:

1. Prevent Checkout
2. Prevent Details Submit
