this step by step guide is designed to help you get started quickly so you and your team can begin harnessing the full potential of tixify we recommend beginning with the priority steps outlined below and exploring more advanced capabilities as you grow more familiar with the platform /#profile /#home /#transactions /#events /#tickets /#customers /#purchase intents /#discounts /#products /#analytics /#settings profile in the bottom left corner, you’ll find your profile settings from here, you can adjust preferences related to your personal account, including display mode and language home your landing page serves as your homepage, where you can quickly view active events and key analytics at a glance transactions your transactions tab displays every transaction created under your seller account by clicking on any entry, you can view the items purchased within that specific transaction —or across multiple selected transactions events in the events section, you can view all of your current, upcoming, and past events if you want to quickly locate a specific event, use the filter button in the top left corner to search tickets in the tickets section, you can find every ticket ever created under your seller account use the filters at the top to narrow your search, or use the export buttons to download ticket lists from the dashboard into separate files packages customers the customers section, similar to the tickets section, contains all customer accounts created on your dashboard you can filter your customers using the options at the top of the page or export them into comprehensive lists purchase intents the purchase intents section allows you to create transactions that can be sent to and completed by a customer of your choice these intents are highly versatile and can be used for a wide range of events and products discounts the discounts section is where you can create promo codes and vouchers these codes and vouchers can be used to offer discounts to individual customers or groups, or to grant access to specific shops and offerings products in the products section, you can create various types of product offerings to sell as part of your events offering types include memberships, physical products, vouchers, ticket add ons, and more fulfillment pos analytics the analytics overview tab provides a quick, at a glance view of various statistics available on your dashboard security settings the settings section of the dashboard contains your universal seller settings changes made here will apply across your entire dashboard and all events, unless overridden by individual event settings print developer pos app sellers
